• The applicant must agree to abide by all rules, as communicated from time to time by the organizers.
• The applicants should be between 18 and 28 years of age. The applicants will be required to produce their age proof (e.g. Passport, birth certificate, school leaving certificate, driver's license, etc).
• For female applicants, the applicant should not have been married, never given birth to a child; have never been pregnant nor been or is presently a parent. If any of these conditions change, the applicant must notify the organizers immediately. For male applicants, they should not be married or a parent.
• The applicant should be an Indian citizen or of Indian origin.
• The applicant should not be under any commercial contract with any modeling agency or any other organization at the time of appearing for the auditions.
• The applicant once short- listed cannot be a part of any other commercial contract or pageant.
• The organizers will not be held responsible for any delays or non-receipt of applications on any account and for any reason whatsoever.
• The applicants will have to participate in a disciplined and diligent manner throughout as per schedule that will be provided by the organizers.
• The organizers will not be held responsible for any loss or physical injury that occurs to the applicant on account of their participation in the event. The applicant will participate at her own risk and can have no claim against the company or its sponsors or agents or subsidiaries in any regard whatsoever.
• Incorrect or misleading information may result in disqualification, whether discovered prior to, during or after the pageant.
• The decision of the judges shall be final in all cases.
• Only persons of good health and moral character can participate.
• The schedule of events and qualification rounds are subject to change at the discretion of the organizers.
• The organizers will not be responsible for non-completion / non-occurrence of the event due to any reason whatsoever.
• In the event of any dispute, the organizers decisions are final and binding on the applicant.
• The courts of Delhi shall have the jurisdiction over all disputes.

By signing this release I hereby give Riya Communications and assign my permission to license the Images and to use the Images in any Media for any purpose (except pornographic, defamatory, libellous or otherwise unlawful) which may include, among others, advertising, promotion, marketing and packaging for any product or service for any of its sponsors or clients or agencies as it deems fit.

I agree that the Images may be combined with other images, text and graphics, and cropped, altered or modified. I acknowledge and agree that I have consented to publication of my ethnicity as indicated and also understand that other ethnicities may be associated with Images of me by Riya Communications and/or Assigns for descriptive purposes.

I agree that I have authorized the rights to the Images, and all rights to the Images to Riya Communications and Assigns. I acknowledge and agree that I have no right to Consideration or accounting, and that I will make no claim for any reason to Riya Communications or its subsidiaries or its Photographer and/or Assigns.

I acknowledge and agree that this release is binding upon my heirs and assigns. I agree that this release is irrevocable, worldwide and perpetual, and will be governed by the laws of India excluding the law of conflicts.

I consent to the inclusion of this Model Release form / terms & conditions including the personal details recommended in it being added to the public database owned or operated or promoted through or by Riya Communications or its subsidiaries.

 

Definitions:

 

"Assigns"

means a person or any company to whom Riya Communications has assigned or licensed rights under this release as well as the licensees of any such person or company.

"Consideration"

means something of value I have received in exchange for the rights granted by me in this release.

"Images"

means all photographs taken of the Property as part of the Shoot. Or provided by me to Riya Communications whatever is applicable.

"Media"

means all media including digital, electronic, print, television, film and other media now known or to be invented.

"Model"

means me and includes my appearance, likeness and form.

"Shoot"

means the photographic or film session described in this form.

Applications are invited from Indian citizens & of Indian origin only.

I hereby agree to pay Rs. 1000 plus service tax as applicable towards application fee ( non-refundable ) for the model hunt. I completely understand & agree that this application fee is non-refundable and only covers processing of my application. I also understand & agree that this fee is non-refundable and I at any stage under no circumstances will be entitled to claim the refund on any ground whatsoever. I also agree that all information submitted by me is true and correct and if found false at any stage before, during or after the event , I shall be disqualified. I hereby agree and accept all the terms & conditions.
